Tempel Bryggeri

Thursday 18 July, kl 12.00

Tempel Brewery, founded in 2014 in Uppsala, outside of Stockholm, focuses on brewing unique varieties of beer, mostly sours. Short of a year after they produced their first beer, a selection of products launched locally at Swedish liquor store Systembolaget. Since then some 10 more varieties are available in-store.

The brewery is still small-scale and craft and up until the end of 2016 it was a one-man show. Today they have expanded the work force and built a new brewery. And since spring of 2017 they now offer a non-sour beer – a sweet one, also available at Systembolaget.

Meet the brewers behind these exciting beers on 18 July at Spritmuseum’s seaside dock.
