Welcome to Hällåkra Vineyards digital seminar: A changing wine world
The climate challenge – always present – also affects the wine world. A warmer climate changes old wine regions, centuries-old cultivation conditions, but at the same time also enables new wine regions to develop.
In what way will the climate issue change the wine world and what are the challenges we face in terms of cultivation conditions, grape varieties and wine regions’ classification system, taste preferences, as well as consumers’ perception of wine?
