Crayfish season in our restaurant

During the last week of August and the first week of September, we add the traditional crayfish plate to the restaurant’s à la carte menu. Enjoy crayfish, Västerbotten pie and snaps when it suits you, we serve the plate during all of the restaurant’s opening hours.

The famous Swedish snaps song “Helan går” has over the years become like a second national anthem, which was confirmed during the Ice Hockey World Cup in Moscow when Sweden claimed the gold. The Swedish national team hadn’t had time to practice the national anthem, so when they had to quickly pick up the tone for a song that everyone in the team knew, of course it was “HEEEELAN GÅR…”!
