At Spritmuseum, history isn’t just told — it’s tasted. Through vivid projections, sounds, and aromas, you’ll travel back three centuries. Sample the crofter’s beer and crispbread, the manor’s schnapps table, the humble wines of the welfare state, and the sparkling bubbles of the nightclub era. Along the way, you’ll experience both celebration and prohibition, schnapps canteens and ration books, and dishes that have crossed the borders between kitchen and dining hall.
