For us, Christmas is one of the most cherished holidays of the year. At Spritmuseum restaurant, we serve a traditional Swedish Christmas buffet — but in a non-traditional way, always rooted in Swedish traditions and history.
Welcome to a Christmas buffet beyond the ordinary, where craftsmanship, history, and a deep love for food are allowed to flourish. A buffet with backbone, where every dish is prepared according to historical recipes — each with its own unique twist. A series of secret recipes from grandmothers past, scribbled in barely legible old Swedish, have been interpreted and refined with great care and respect for tradition.
The evening includes the classic herring table, cold cuts, warm dishes, and ends with a dessert table. Naturally, a perfectly paired drink menu is available upon request.
